Bosman regarding the extradition of Robert Olivier Hill. It is in response to a fax dated 2 January 1991. The recipient is unclear. In the top right hand corner ‘S. F. Russell Brett’ is stamped onto the fax and a handwritten date is recorded, 92-03-31. This record was released by the South African Police Service in response to the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-SAP-0013. This record was embargoed by researcher Hennie van Vuuren until the release of his book: Apartheid Guns and Money.
