This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry of John Anthony Walters, held in Johannesburg on 11 December 1996. P. 77.
Walters is a former police man and giving evidence on the violence in Nelspruit during 1985 and onwards along his knowledge of the activities in the Nelspruit security Branch during his time in the SAP.
The first release of this record on 2015/01/12 had Redactions on: p. 10. The subsequent release on 2015/12/17 by DOJ was a clean copy. This record is EMBARGOED due to the DOJ redaction's and will be made available once that had been cleared.
