Description:	This is a transcript of the TRC Section 29 in-camera inquiry for Rolf Warber, held in Durban on 1 July 1997. Warber is questioned regarding his involvement with the Pietermaritzburg security police and his interactions with various urban and rural communities in the surrounding areas (including the supply of weapons to councilors and the death of Chief Maphumlo). This record was released by DOJ in response to Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0003. The first release on 2015/01/12 by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ) had redactions to p.3, p.86 and p.125 of the transcript. The subsequent release on 2015/12/17 by DOJ was a clean copy.
