This is a summary which includes key players, a chronological synopsis, activities revealed by the investigations, assessments of these activities and what other reports said on these activities. This record was embargoed by researcher Hennie van Vuuren until the release of his book: Apartheid guns and money. This record was released by the Department of Justice in response to the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) request SAH-2013-DOJ-0008.
