Description:	This document sets out the Western Cape’s Accelerated Schools Infrastructure Delivery Initiative (ASIDI) Infrastructure Programme Implementation Plan (IPIP) and provides the letter of approval from the Department of Basic Education to Western Cape Education Department, dated 5 October 2012. It also contains the first amendment to the Memorandum or Agreement in relation to the ASIDI, and the ASIDI IPIP which sets out the ASIDI project scope, construction procurement strategy, progress and performance monitoring, management plans (for human resourcing, risk. quality, communications and programme management cost) and green building. Annexures include a list of schools, letters of appointment, Memorandum of Agreement, comparative analysis of facilities, scope changes, and the programme schedule. This document was released by the Department of Basic Education in part response to PAIA request SAH-2013-DBE-0003.
