Description: This poster is silkscreened black, red and yellow, produced by the Johannesburg Democratic Action Committee (JODAC) at the Screen Training Program (STP) and printed by the National Union of South African Students (NUSAS) for the United Democratic Front (UDF), Johannesburg. The image represents the popularizing of the UDF’s first major campaign. The UDF aimed to mobilize one million people to sign against apartheid. The text reads “MAKE YOUR MARK AGAINST APARTHEID : JODAC JOINS THE UDF MILLION SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN”. Digitised by Specialised Archival Solutions in 2009.
