Abstract: |
The Congress of South African Students (COSAS) is a national organisation established in Pietermaritzburg in 1979. The aim of COSAS was to co-ordinate student activities in different regions and to unite all students against discrimination in education. COSAS strove for a dynamic free and compulsory education for all, for a spirit of co-operation and trust between students, parents and teachers and for a spirit of trust and companionship between students. |
